What should I expect from a paddleboard yoga session?

You will be getting in the water and getting in the swimming pool so expect to get a little wet and a little splashed, you can get on from the side of the pool and straight on to the paddleboard to avoid fully getting in the swimming pool if you prefer.

When doing yoga on the paddleboard, you will be working on your balance as well as doing yoga, how far you decide to go within the practice is up to you, occasionally people might fall in to the swimming pool as we push ourselves into certain yoga postures, but if you want to play it safe you can, these sessions are designed to be fun and a chance to play on the paddleboard in a safe way, the more sessions you do, the better your yoga practice will become on the paddleboard.

What should I wear for a Paddleboard Yoga Session?

Wear whatever you will feel comfortable in and whatever you can move and do yoga in.

You will get a little wet, how wet you get is up to you, if you want to get in the swimming pool then I would suggest wearing pool clothes.

I tend to wear a swimming costume with a pair of leggings over the top.

You could wear shorts and a t shirt.

Whatever you feel comfortable in on a Paddleboard and in the swimming pool.

There are showers available, so bring a change of clothes for after the session, so you can get changed and fully dry once off the Paddleboard.
